4. SMS Messaging

By signing up, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Betterman at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies (typically 3 messages per day plus replies). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. Text HELP for support.

We use the following third-party services to operate Betterman:

  • Twilio: SMS delivery and phone number verification
  • Anthropic: AI-powered message generation
  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Railway: Application hosting and database

We retain your account data and message history for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for up to 90 days to allow for reactivation. After that, your data is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.
