By signing up for Betterman, you agree to these Terms of Service. Betterman is operated by Brandelay Industries Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Betterman is an SMS-based accountability coaching service. We send you daily text messages designed to help you build better habits across health, work, relationships, and mindset. Messages are generated using artificial intelligence and delivered through automated systems.
Betterman is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. The service is for motivational and accountability purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Betterman. By signing up, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the phone number you provide is yours.
New users receive a 5-day free trial with full access to the service. No credit card is required to start. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.
After your free trial, Betterman requires a monthly subscription. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
By providing your phone number and signing up, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Betterman. This includes:

Betterman uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching messages. While we design our system to be helpful and motivational, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or not applicable to your situation. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any message. Use your own judgment when acting on any guidance received through the service.
Betterman is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results will be achieved through its use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandelay Industries Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or anticipated savings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time by texting STOP or contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via SMS or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brandelay Industries Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
